The technicians are polite, neat and knowledgeable and I always get an explanation of the problem and the remedy. “Anytime we have had to contact Walkers we had amazing customer service. Recently we had to make an emergency trip up to our cottage as the furnace stopped working. I called Walkers as soon as they opened and Randi was amazing! She asked me some questions, told me would call me back and have a tech there in the afternoon! She called 1.5 hrs later and said one would be there in 30 mins! I placed the call at 8am, the problem was fixed and we were back on the road home by 12pm! Thanks so much!“
